Online Ordering
You may now order online at www.dalsinmfg.com. Simply contact us by phone for your username and password.

Office Hours
Our office hours are from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Central Standard Time. An answering machine is on-line for 24-hour service.

Drop Shipments
There is a $5.00 charge for all drop shipments under $200.00.

Freight Terms
Orders that cannot ship via UPS will ship from our warehouse using the most cost-effective carrier. Unless your order qualifies for free freight, the order will ship collect and you will be responsible for the freight charges.

For your protection, we recommend that you inspect all items before accepting delivery. If you discover a shortage or damage ó please do not refuse the shipment. Note the shortage or damage on the freight bill and notify BDM within 2 days of receiving the shipment. We will assist you with filing a freight claim.

Again, any discrepancies MUST be reported within 2 days of receiving your shipment.

Satisfaction Guaranteed
If you or your customer are not completely satisfied for any reason, return the merchandise within 30 days and receive a full refund of the purchase price. Certain conditions apply. Please call for details.

Price Changes
Although we make every effort to keep our price list current, we reserve the right to change prices or specifications at any time without notice.

Terms
All orders placed without prior credit approval must be either prepaid, Visa/MasterCard, or C.O.D. (C.O.D. fees vary by carrier). BDM will charge $25.00 for each check returned unpaid.

Returned Product
There is a 15 percent restocking charge for all returned goods. The original invoice must accompany the product. Custom made, special order, OEM, or obsolete items cannot be returned for credit. All material must be in saleable condition and return freight paid by the customer.

Our History

BDM started a commercial roofing company in 1944 and it prospered in both the roofing business and sheet metal fabrication. In 1968, Mr. Dalsin decided to split the company into two separate businesses - the roofing company and a sheet metal fabrication business.

In 1969, a product line, known as the CHIM-A-LATOR, was developed to provide high quality fireplace products. In December 1992, William Dalsin was appointed President. His leadership emphasizes QUALITY. Bernard Dalsin Mfg. Co. is now the recognized leader in quality fireplace products and will continue to strive for excellence, quality and pride in all that it does.
