ALUMINUM FLEXIBLE LINER
2-Ply, Type 3003 (.010 Thickness)
"Dalsin Line"® aluminum flexible liners are used for venting category 1 and direct vent appliances. Manufactured using Type 3003 aluminum, this heavy 2-ply liner is made from .005" thick, high grade aluminum for a total thickness of .010".
FEATURES
"Dalsin Line"® flexible two ply aluminum is available with rigid ends to prevent unraveling of hose and makes joining to fittings and extension lengths easy.
Inner seams are crimped to prevent unraveling or separation.
ORDERING
All liners are shipped compressed to approximately1/3 their original length.
10', 25', and 35' lengths available
50' lengths available for 3", 4" and 6" diameters.
Specify on purchase order the correct part number for rigid ends if desired.
LIGHT FLEXIBLE LINER - STAINLESS STEEL
Type 316L (.006 Thickness)
"Dalsin Line"® light flexible liner is listed for chimney relining and is suitable for wood, pellet, gas, oil, and coal applications. This liner is manufactured using .006" thick type 316L stainless steel and backed by a limited lifetime warranty. All components are made from Type 316L stainless steel and are designed for quick and easy installation.

Limited lifetime warranty - must have a rain cap and be swept annually by a certified sweep.
Light flex is corrugated 316L stainless steel
Larger sizes are available. Call for quote.
Custom ovalizing available - $1.75 per foot for light flex
Fittings for oval flex carry a 50% cost premium over round fittings.

"Dalsin Line"® heavy strip wound stainless steel liner is listed for wood, oil and gas applications. This liner is manufactured using .018" thick Type 304 stainless steel. All components are made from Type 304 stainless steel.

ORDERING
All 25' coils of heavy flex will ship via freight truck except 3" x 25' which can ship UPS.
26 coils of 6" x 25' to one truckload.
Heavy flex components cannot be interchanged with light flex components.
Insulation wrap is required on any unlined chimney.
